Redwood Forest

| We spent about half a day in the redwood forest, and made a hike on a
trail, where we took this picture in a hollow but living tree. The inner soft part was
destroyed in a fire, but the tree survived on its harder bark. |

| Ever wanted to drive through a tree? Go to northern California! Northern
California is an interesting and quite different place anyways. It seems a lot of
left-over hippies still live up here and clocks definitely tick slower. |
